    The Model 28S carriage is powered by a 28 hp Lombardini® diesel engine and Talkie Tooter® radio controlled. The unit features our patented skyline clamp with replaceable aluminum jaws, that is designed to throw itself out of the way when un clamped. it also features 16" Tommy Moore skyline sheaves, and our exclusive Pow'R Block® slack pulling system with dual tension wraps for greater line pull without slipping, and a hydraulic 2 speed as well as a twin throttle, This unit easily passes intermediate supports and up to 1 3/8" flush shackles during operation.

ACME Pow'R Block System
