The ACME Model S28 has T-1 steel construction, is powered by a fully enclosed 28 hp LombardiniŪ diesel engine, and is Talkie TooterŪ radio controlled. The unit, featuring our patented skyline clamp with replaceable aluminum jaws, a hydraulic three speed adjustable slack puller with no gearbox or drive chain, dual throttles, and 10" semi-Tommy Moore skyline sheaves, readily passes over intermediate supports during operation. The ACME Model S28S has the same features as the model S28 above. The main difference is that it has 16" Tommy Moore skyline sheaves and a special skyline clamp that throws out of the way when unclamped. This gives the Model S28S the added ability to pass flush shackles up to 1 3/8" during operation.
